Weblog Crossposter

Welcome

Crossposter: getting your message out there.

There are various blogging tools out there. You can host your own weblog or register at a hosted one. What if you are hosting your own? How do you get everyone to see your posts on your blogsite? You can:

A) Advertise your blogsite wherever and whenever you can
This may get you a temporary additional boost in readership whenever you advertise
B) Find some client blogging software that lets you create messages and posts them to various weblogs, including your own
Such as Ecto, BlogJet, w.bloggar, Qumana and others
C) Find another blogsite that reads the RSS feed from your own blogsite
tribe.net allows this.
D) Have your blogsite also act as a client and cross-post whenever you post
The last choice is where Crossposter comes in. You register here and then set up the weblog accounts to which you want to cross-post. Then, whenever you post something on your original weblog, it gets forwarded to all the other accounts. Yes, some blogging server software packages have this. But how many let you do an unlimited amount of cross-posting? How many blogging protocols do they support? This server will eventually support posting using the following protocols:

The only requirement is that your weblog can act like a client and uses Blogger2 or MetaWeblog API (more APIs later) to post messages.
