Chronology
- After Aridhol falls to the evil of Mordeth, Thorin sends his son, Prince Caar, to bring them back to the Light. Mordeth has him imprisoned, but he escapes and is later called Caar One-Hand. He flees to the Borderlands where he marries Rhea. She kills him, then herself. (TEotW,Ch19)
