Twenty or so Maidens including Liah stand guard around Rand in the courtyard of the Royal Palace in Caemlyn while he practices the sword. (LoC,Ch1)
Liah is one of the Maidens who travels with Rand and Taim to the farm. (LoC,Ch3)
Liah goes with Rand to his army's camp near Tear and then back to Caemlyn. (LoC,Ch4)
When Rand returns to Caemlyn, Liah and Cassin accompany Aviendha and him back to his quarters. Liah jibes Aviendha about Rand when she leaves. (LoC,Ch19)
Liah and Cassin accompany Rand as he goes to meet with Elder Haman, Covril and Erith. (LoC,Ch20)
Liah goes to Shadar Logoth with Rand and becomes lost. (LoC,Ch21)
Rand encounters Liah when he follows Sammael to Shadar Logoth. She has been corrupted by the evil of Aridhol. He balefires her rather than let Mashadar have her. (ACoS,Ch41)
