Location

Katar lies just west of the Mountains of Mist and north of the Paerish Swar. It is ruled by a group of Lords.

Guide - Katar was built on the site of Iman, the capital of Safer, which was destroyed during the Trolloc Wars. There is a Waygate at Katar.
