Dull Dagger

A ter'angreal in the form of a small dagger with a rough hilt of deerhorn wrapped in gold wire. The blade appears to be iron. It is dull as if never sharpened, even the point. It is a little longer than a palm, though wide in proportion. It prevents the Shadow from seeing the possessor. Not the Eyeless or the Shadowtwisted, maybe not even Leafblighter.
