Notes on the Artifacts 

Requirements, Modeling and Planning Tools needs to be up an running no later than one week into Inception.  Programming and Testing tools needs to be properly installed and tested by beginning of Elaboration.

The only set of guidelines this project will produce, is an enhanced set of Use-Case modeling guidelines.  Rest is used as defined in the underlying organizational process and in Rational Unified Process.
