The RUP Artifact: Business Object Model for your project should be created using Rational® Rose™.  No template is required.

If the Rose model is created using the Rational Unified Process Framework then it will automatically include an empty Business Object Model.  If the model is not created using the framework then add a <<model>> package (usually named Business Object Model) to the Logical View.

The model, and its contents, should be documented in accordance with the Business Modeling Guidelines.
