The RUP Artifact: Requirements Attributes for your project represents all of the requirement's related attribute values set in the project's Rational® RequisitePro™ project.  The contents of the requirements attributes artifact is defined by the RUP Artifact: Requirements Management Plan.  No template is supplied (no project template has been set up and the RUP does not supply a template) but a clone of the Rational®  RequisitePro™ learning project makes a very good starting point.
