Rand POV - Rand watches the storm out the window from the estate in Tear. Spring seems to be late in coming.1 Davram Bashere returns from his negotiations with the Seanchan.2 They are amenable, but require a meeting with the Dragon Reborn in person. High Lady Suroth wants him to meet the Daughter of the Nine Moons.3
