The dog trainer in Valan Luca's circus. She is married to Petra.

Valan Luca introduces Elayne, Nynaeve, Thom and Juilin to his performers including Petra and Clarine. (TFoH,Ch17)
Clarine is the seamstress for the show. She makes Nynaeve a very low-cut dress. (TFoH,Ch33)

TFoH,Ch25 - Elayne tells Egwene that Latelle sees Nynaeve as competition for the unattached men in the circus. Aludra and Cerandin keep to themselves and Clarine is married to Petra so they are not threats.
