While Geofram Bornhald questions Perrin and Egwene, Jaret Byar enters and reports on casualties. He is upset that Geofram Bornhald is treating them so leniently. (TEotW,Ch30)
Jaret comes into the tent where Perrin and Egwene are being held. He suggests that they might be able to escape. Lan then bursts in, there is a brief fight, and Jaret is knocked out. (TEotW,Ch38)
