A high ranking Cairhienin noble of House Damodred. Brothers Aldecain, Moressin and King Laman. Father of Taringail, Anvaere, Innloine and Moiraine. He is a scholar.

Physical Description

He is very tall for Cairhienin, almost six feet. His hair is more gray than not and worn in a club at the base of his neck. He has a gentle face. (NS,Ch10)
