• Prince Consort Brys and his son Diryk welcome Lan to the Aesdaishar Palace and visit with him for a while. (NS,Ch22)
• Moiraine has an audience with Prince Consort Brys and his son Diryk. (NS,Ch25)
• Merean tricks Iselle into bringing Brys and Diryk to an isolated balcony. Moiraine and Lan arrive but they are too late to prevent her murdering Diryk, Brys and Iselle. (NS,Ch26)
