Bowl of the Winds

A very powerful ter'angreal in the shape of a large shallow bowl. It allows the users to control the weather. It draws both saidin and saidar even when used by women alone.

• TPoD,Ch20 - Twelve days after the Bowl of the Winds is used there is snow in Andor. Renaile din Calon claims the Bowl as part of the bargain between the Sea Folk and the Aes Sedai.
