Physical Description

He is fat and pink-faced with graying hair combed back over his bald spot. He has a sharp eye and a ready, pleasant smile. (TEotW,Ch35)

• Rand and Mat arrive at The Queen's Blessing and Gill greets them. (TEotW,Ch35)
• He gives Rand and Mat a meal and listens to their story. (TEotW,Ch36)
• Gill tells Rand that there is a beggar looking for him and Mat. (TEotW,Ch39)
• Rand tells Gill of his adventures inside the Royal Palace. Gill later stands up to some Whitecloaks. After that, he meets Moiraine, Lan and the rest of the Two Rivers folk. (TEotW,Ch41)
• Basel Gill provides horses for the group when they leave. Moiraine tells him to contact Sheriam at Tar Valon if he has trouble. (TEotW,Ch44)
• When Elaida comes around asking about Rand, Gill cooperates telling her that he left with Moiraine. (TGH,Ch4)
• When Thom arrives in Caemlyn, Gill tells him that Rand left with an Ogier. (TGH,Ch26)

• Gill and his companions reach the Jehannah Road. Travelers report that the way north is impassable so they head east. (ToM,Ch2)
• The Whitecloak army captures Gill and his companions and learn that they were with Perrin. (ToM,Ch4)
• Galad releases the prisoners when Perrin arrives for his trial. (ToM,Ch34)
• After the trial, Morgase goes to find Gill, Lini and the others. (ToM,Ch35)
