Arrela Shiego

A Tairen woman who is a member of the society who mimic the Aiel. She is a member of Cha Faile.

Physical Description

She is tall and dark. (TPoD,Ch8) She is taller than most Aiel women. She has short, black hair and walks like a man. (KoD,Ch28)

Arrela accompanies Perrin to Ghealdan. (ACoS,Ch27)
Arrela, Lacile and Parelean guard Faile and Perrin's tent. Late that night they attend a Cha Faile meeting with Faile. (TPoD,Ch8)
Faile, Alliandre, Maighdin, Arrela, Lacile, Bain and Chiad are captured and made gai'shain by Sevanna's Shaido. (TPoD,Ch30)
Faile and the others are marched, then carried back to the Shaido camp. (WH,Ch3)
After Galina Heals their frostbite, Faile and the others march with the Shaido. Faile, Alliandre and Maighdin become separated from Arrela, Lacile, Bain and Chiad. (WH,Ch4)
Arrela and Lacile attempt to escape. They are recaptured, hogtied and left naked in the cold as punishment. (CoT,Ch9)
Faile, Alliandre, Maighdin, Arrela and Lacile go into town. Faile retrieves the binder and they meet Galina. She insists they go into the basement of a burned out house. Galina leaves with the binder and collapses the stairway. Maighdin channels to signal for help. (KoD,Ch28)
Theril sees the signal and brings Aravine, Rolan and others who begin digging them out. (KoD,Ch29)
Rolan, Jhoradin and Kinhuin free Faile, Arrela, Lacile, Alliandre and Maighdin from the rubble. Aldin helps Arrela. (KoD,Ch30)
Faile, Alliandre, Arrela and Lacile meet in the woods to hold a remembrance for the Aiel who helped them, Rolan, Kinhuin, Jhoradin and Marthea. (TGS,Ch21)

WH,Ch6 - Sulin reports to Perrin that Faile, Alliandre, Maighdin, Bain, Chiad, Arrela and Lacile were taken as gai'shain by the Shaido.
WH,Ch6 - Arrela's last name is Shiego.
CoT,Ch5 � Perrin forces himself to keep in mind Arrela and the other captives as well as Faile.
KoD,Ch30 � Aldin wants Arrela to marry him though she does not like men that way.
ToM,Ch34 - Aldin gives up on Arrela and starts following Aravine.
